This was hands down the best chiropractic experience of my life. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The chiropractor took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and create a plan tailored to me instead of rushing into adjustments. The adjustment itself was incredible, gentle, precise, and immediately effective. I felt lighter, more relaxed, and could move with ease right away. What impressed me most was the holistic approach; I was given stretches and posture tips to help maintain the results long-term. Since my visit, I’ve noticed better sleep, more energy, and far less daily discomfort. Overall Great experience and very knowledgeable professional team. I noticed positive results from the very first visit. Dr. Alessi and his team put together a good custom program specifically to improve my problem areas in my neck and lower back. Dr. Alessi explained everything in a way I could understand when reviewing my x rays together on the first visit. This is not your typical Chiropractic office they don't just look to put the problem at bay they strive to correct the problem for long term relief and a better quality of life. I’ve been to neurologists, pain specialists, and other healthcare professionals for my chronic headaches and back pain. They either prescribe pain meds, or print exercises off of google images for me to do. In my first visit, Dr. Molina performed a full examination, took xrays, pinpointed the sources of my pain, and completely explained the functionality of the body parts involved. I’m on my 3rd visit, have already seen progress, and am already optimistic about my future health. Dr. Molina is a very thorough and caring professional that takes a great approach to healing his patients. Not to mention, he is also an athlete with a background in training individuals. I am so glad I found Dr. Molina! The staff is top notch and the facility is immaculate, which gives a lot of comfort these days! I have never been through a more thorough consultation, and felt more certain that my issues were going to be addressed. Between car accidents and a whole lot of wear and tear, my spine has been in rough shape for a lot of years. Dr. Molina spelled out a very thorough treatment plan, and only 3 weeks in, I can already tell I am going to receive some much anticipated relief. Honestly wow... I was a little skeptical that I would ever find a great chiropractor. I had tried various ones before but never stuck with it.. . But Alan has changed my mind! Not only does he treat me in the moment, but he also gives me exercises to strengthen my weak areas on my own time too. He’s not afraid to yell at me to stand up straight when I’m in the waiting room either lol honestly a great chiropractor who really knows his stuff and you can tell he’s very passionate about helping his patients live their best life. I also think it’s awesome that he does some non traditional stuff like cupping and the “scraping” techniques which have really proved amazing for my body. I’ve been to many different Chiropractor’s over the years. Dr. Molina is on the cutting edge of techniques and technology to accurately assess and diagnose your symptoms. He took his time with me explaining his approach and what he would be looking for during his diagnosis. His evaluation was very through and wasn’t rushed. He made me feel like I was his only patient he had that day. I walked in limping with pain and walked out feeling great! He gave me exercises I can do at home to help maintain proper spinal alignment. Consistent visits to his office for adjustments will also be key. Rome wasn’t built in a day! I came in with severe pain running from my lower back/hip down my leg and through my calf. I have compressed discs in my back and I am on a decompression protocol. From the beginning, Dr. Alessi explained that the process would take some time and that the pain would first start to dissipate from my lower leg until it centralized in my back and then eventually was completely gone. That is exactly what is happening. I am about half way through my treatments and my calf, thigh and hip pain are already gone. Additionally, the office is very efficient, I'm never sitting in the lobby waiting. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Alessi Functional Health. I found Dr Alessi's practice through facebook as I was searching for help with my knee pain. They were quick to respond and was able to see book the session the next day. I had my initial consult and treatment with Dr Alessi using softwave therapy which I felt immediate relief. I still have a few sessions left and each time I have my therapy my mobility is returning back to normal. Dr Alessi's office is a bit of a drive from where I live, but it is worth it for the effectiveness of softwave. I highly recommend Dr Alessi's practice. I never truly understood the benefits of chiropractic. Until I meet Dr Molina. He explained the processes and the benefits of getting adjustments regularly. I’ve had neck pain for several years and I just dealt with it. With the trust of Dr Molina he put me at ease conducted my assessment narrowed down the issue with my neck. I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Molina. He was thorough and really took the time to explain all that was wrong with me and had a plan in order to correct everything. I appreciated the fact that after he took X-rays he said he would not adjust me that day until he reviewed them. This is the first Chiropractor that adjusted me many different ways and didn’t send me on my way after seeing me for just five minutes. Dr. Molina’s knowledge and approach makes me feel comfortable and helped my neck and back immediately. I bought forty sessions on his suggested plan and glad I spent the money on myself, finally, to feel better than ever before!!! I had a misalignment in my back and my hip area and the chiropractor put me on a 3-month program and within halfway through my program the chiropractor was able to correct my hip area make it more align and my spine and my back is a little bit more straighter he is very attentive to my customization of making me better and I strongly recommend him to anybody else scoliosis or any type of back problems or just need alignment of your body he also crack your back and do a lot of adjustments I really appreciate his help and I definitely recommend him also The receptionist is very nice and he's very caring of your well-being and we will adjust your time and scheduled to fit your needs he's very awesome. ~ Maurice J

I’ve had such a great experience at Ascend Functional Health! I’ve been doing soft wave therapy, red light therapy, and PEMF therapy, and all of it has really helped improve my mobility. I work in construction, and for over 4 years I had pain that started mild in my back, as the months went by it got worse and worse, until it reached the point where it was very painful for me to get off my truck at the end of the work day, and I began to feel numbness in my right leg, which worried me. I was skeptical at first but received shockingly amazing results in four sessions of using software on the bottom of my foot where I had an apparent Morton’s neuroma that was exceptionally painful. Dr. Alessi and Dr. Rennie really took their time to listen to me when I was being the worst version of myself and in pain. They did not rush me whatsoever and answered all of my questions. What was surprisingly amazing, they did not push any treatments they deemed unnecessary and did not push any pain medicine on me. They really wanted to discover what the root cause of my pain was and suggested several therapies that I have tried and can say they have worked well. Before treatment with Alessi I was only offered pills and PT. These treatments only try and work around the problem and not fix it. When my neurologist told me that my pain was more due to spacing than the disk spreading I started doing research. I stumbled upon Dr Alessi and his decompression and softwave trial. I have been walking in pain for over a year and barely able to function at work or home. I noticed some improvement after just 1 treatment. After the first month I am almost limp free when walking. First time mama here! My 3 month old visits Dr. Alessi & Dr. Rennie weekly to help relieve his torticollis (prefers to turn his head / neck to one side).
